How to view all of your Request Tracker tickets

iSchool IT uses Request Tracker (commonly referred to as RT) to track help requests. You can easily view all of the tickets you are on by browsing to this URL: https://rt.ischool.uw.edu/rt/SelfService. Log in with your UW NetID credentials and click on ‘My open tickets.’ This will easily let you view the current ones open.
